I read somewhere that eating a plate of broccoli (which contains high doses of nicotine) is the same as spending an entire day in a smoky room. Yet eating broccoli may reduce smokers’ lung cancer risk. Moreover, it removes the taste of cigarette. Broccoli may also be used preventively against some cancers and diabetes. So I’m just wondering. Is your health at risk if you are sitting all day in a room full of people eating broccoli ?
